I joined as a founding engineer when the company was called Instruct. I build full-stack features across the interview experience, agent behavior, insight synthesis, and the product surfaces that make those findings useful.
Turning conversations into action
How a company really operates usually lives in people's heads: the manual workarounds, repeated tasks, bottlenecks, and undocumented knowledge. Voice interviews make that context easier to share, while Ares makes it possible to synthesize it at scale.
The outcome is not another generic AI strategy. It is a set of opportunities grounded in how teams actually work, with the source context needed to decide what to automate first.
Instruct
Instruct was the company's original product chapter. We were building an automation platform around agentic workflows, allowing AI to not just think, but do.
I was a founding engineer working with an amazing team and was responsible for building full-stack features.
As part of the Instruct team, I won the Meta Llama Impact Hackathon 2024 together with my colleagues.
